Because CrossFit Murfreesboro is a hybrid between personal training and group fitness, our prices are substantially higher than a regular, or “Globo-Gym” and substantially lower than traditional Personal Training. We aren’t ashamed of our prices because we know how much better our product is than that of a traditional gym.

We want to invite you to try CrossFit Murfreesboro every Saturday at 10:00am FREE of charge. What you will find is a training experience entirely unique from any other. What are some of the advantages of CFM training?
- As the first and longest running CrossFit facility in Rutherford County, our coaching experience has shown that you will get the best results when we provide instruction, motivation, and knowledge that is tailored to your individual needs. Keeping this in mind, class sizes at Crossfit Murfreesboro will be capped at 15 clients per coach. This insures you get all of the indivisualized training you expect and deserve.
- We offer comprehensive nutritional guidance including but not limited to eating journal review, meal planning, and personalized supplement advice.
- For the competitive CrossFit athlete, CFM offers worldclass programming and a flexible training cylce that provides oppertunities to train 2-3 WODs a day, get additional strength training and practice the Olympic lifts. Also, Our “Outlaw Way” program provides periodized programming, space and equipment tailored to provide an individual with the training needed to become a regional level CrossFit Athlete.
- Our Facility boasts 2000 square feet of lobby, Indoor Track and over 12,000 Square feet of training space. Our facility is widely regarded as one of the best in the world! The space allows for us to offer up to 10 hours of “Open Gym” time for training if you are interested in training multiple times in a day or doing additional strength or conditioning.
Prices:
“On Ramp” $99 for individuals or $75 each for “Buddy Rate”
After completion of “On Ramp” , rates will vary from $109/monthly to $159 monthly for UNLIMITED training. Currently, the majority of our members choose a membership that costs $119/ month. The prices vary based on your eligibility for discounts offered to Military, First Responders, Students and Educators as well as couples. There are additional discounts for anyone who signs 3 Month, 6 Month or 12 Month training agreements.
