Whats the best way to get started at CrossFit Murfreesboro?
 ”On Ramp” Classes
Sign Up for our “Group On Ramp” class!   These classes are for beginners only and meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 P.M. as well as Saturday’s at 10:00 A.M. Each class is dedicated to teaching you (and other beginners like you) everything you need to know about CrossFit!  There are a total of 12 “On Ramp” classes over a one month period that we recommend you attend  before joining the regular classes.

Q:  Do I have to start at the beginning of the month?

A: No!  The classes simply rotate so you can start ANYTIME and cycle through all 12 classes over the month.

Q:  What if I can’t make it to some of the classes because of scheduling conflicts?

A:  If you are unable to EVER make it during the scheduled classes contact Evan at (615) 904-5683 and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.  If there are only a hand full of classes you can’t  make it in for,  don’t worry,  the classes do overlap and are designed to allow for some absences.

Q:  How much does “On Ramp” cost?

A:  The entire month costs $99 for an individual or $75 if you bring a friend!

Q:  How do I sign up?

A:  Just show up 15 minutes early or plan on staying 15 minutes late after your first class and we’ll get you taken care of!

Q:  What happens after I complete “On Ramp”?

A:  You join us in the regular workouts!  We know this seems daunting but remember,  at this point you have been doing CrossFit for a month and each  of the workouts in our regular classes have a “Beginner”, “Intermediate” and “Advanced” version so you can proceed  at a pace that suits you!
